We have about 28 teacher who now they are very motivating to participate in Europe project, so although I am the Erasmus´s coordinator I have a lot of helping. Baza is a zone where the agriculture is very important for the economy so we have olives tree, olive oil, green vegetable…. A lot of families of our school work it. This could be a aspect to work in the project , in the agriculture could work our pupils to prevent truancy and dropout in the school. My school has a lot of immigrants pupils like gypsy, Romanian, Moroccan, and they is very usual to be dropout so my school has a gig problem with this subject.
