YAYALAR IMAM HATIP ORTAOKULU Turkey
Our school is located in the Yayalar Village of Sivaslı District of Uşak Province. There is no other secondary school in the village. In our school building, there are two different types of schools, namely Yayalar İmam Hatip Secondary School and Yayalar Secondary School. There are 8 classrooms in our school. Five of the classrooms use the Imam Hatip Secondary School. The remaining 3 classrooms use Yayalar Secondary School. In addition to classrooms, there are 1 library, 1 multi-purpose hall, 1 science laboratory, 1 electrical board room, 1 heating room, 1 activity room, 1 mosque, 1 system room and archive, 1 Unit Assist. Room, 1 piece of intelligence room, 1 Teachers room, 1 kitchen, 1 manager room, 5 washbasins. The common use of two schools. In the 2015-2016 academic year, the pedestrians started the education in the same building as Imam Hatip Secondary School and in 2018-2019 academic year they continued their education as two different types of school as Yayalar Imam Hatip Secondary School and Yayalar Secondary School. School disadvantages: Our school is located in rural areas; some of our pupils have social and economic problems. Some parents have little interest in their children. There are two mainstreaming pupils in our school. Our school is a village school; our activities that we can do are limited. We try to ensure that pupils participate in various activities as much as possible on behalf of education. Our school is a village school in the countryside. In our school, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism, Physical Education, Music, Turkish courses are given. The age range of our pupils is between 10-13 The most important goals and objectives of our pupils are the individuals who can express themselves. Teachers' in-service training activities are the most important factors for better performing their profession and improving themselves. In today's education system, education concept and teaching methods have changed and student-oriented. Teachers' ability to keep up with this change depends on their ability to keep up with changes and changes. The more they renew themselves, the more the teacher pupils will be open to change and development. We are making efforts as our school to enable our teachers and pupils to keep up with the changing and changing technology and to take them in the globalizing world by moving them to more advanced points. Erasmus projects will increase our originality and experience further by considering the projects that we do as our school and raising awareness among teachers and pupils at our school, and taking this awareness to a more advanced level and having different dimensions globally. The Erasmus project will be an important part of our teachers' experiences in their careers and in the recognition of different educational programs
